March 4-6: Festival of Sacred Music on the banks of river Cauvery at Thiruvaiyaru. It is scheduled as an annual event of Prakriti Foundation. The programme will be:

March 4: Chapel Bhajans by Fr. Joseph Thattarachery and group (at Chettiar Chatram, 6 p.m.) and Violin concert by Ganesh and Kumaresh (at Chettiar Chatram, 7 p.m.).

March 5: Sacred Chants by Nadaka and Gopika (at Pushya Mahal Ghat, 6 p.m.) and performance by Yodhakaa (at Pushya Mahal Ghat, 7 p.m.)

March 6: Performance by the Madras String Quartet (at Panchanatheeswara Temple, 6 p.m.) and vocal concert by T.M. Krishna (at Panchanatheeswara Temple, 7 p.m.).
