Till April 9: Art exhibition, Dolls, featuring paintings, sculpture, photography and news media (at Gallery Sumukha).

Till April 18: Art Chennai-2011, an exhibition of works of A. Balasubramaniam (at Dakshina­Chitra).

Till April 22: Heart of Sculpture, a collection of contemporary ­Indian sculptural idioms. Man, animal and nature are presented in bronze, fibreglass, granite, stainless steel and cast glass. Sculptors include Dimpy Menon, P. Gnana, Shivarama Chary and Rohini Reddy (at Forum Art Gallery).

From April 4: An exhibition of glass work by artist Anjali Srinivasan. She is installing an ephemeral glass work for the show (at Apparao Gallery).
