Till September 26: The Madras Canvas in Short, an exhibition of paintings, sculptures, photographs and cartoons by Madras-based artists (at Forum Art ­Gallery,  Padmanabha Nagar, Adyar).

September 5 & 6: A weekend programme that will include fun activities and games like Wheel of Fortune, treasure hunt, ­puppet show, face painting, T-shirt printing, Origami, ­Tug-of-war, magic show, and pot breaking, to name a few. There will be food counters serving South Indian and chat items. Rs. 75 per adult and children (upto age of 12 years) complimentary (at Dakshina­Chitra, 10.00 a.m.- 8.00 p.m.).
