February 5: Odissi Dance Performance by Ramli Ibrahim, who, as a teacher of Bharata Natyam and Odissi, has groomed some of the finest dancers in Malaysia. Ramli studied Bharata Natyam under Adyar K Lakshman and Odissi under the late Guru Deba Prasad Das. As Artistic Director of Sutra Dance Theatre (1983), he has created more than 40 original dance repertoires in traditional and contemporary idioms (at DakshinaChitra, 4.30 p.m.).

Till February 10: Evidentia, an exhibition conceptualised by Murali Cheeroth, with works by over a dozen artists (at Gallery Sumukha).
