Till April 10: Dots and Triangles, paintings in small format by K. Srinivasan (at Forum Art Gallery).

Till April 12: Divine Journey, an art show by Karmuhilan. The core of the work focusses on the meditative benevolence of Buddha and the energetic Ganesha in various forms (at DakshinaChitra).

Till April 24: Functional Art, an exhibition of a piece of art that can be used as everyday objects, such as mugs, bowls, trays, jewellery and lampshades. Featuring work by Asma Menon, A.V. Ilango, Lakshmi Srinath, the Biswajits and Benitha Perciyal, amongst others(at Forum Art Gallery).

Till April 15: Explore, Discover and Preserve the CTC way, a photography exhibition by the photographers of the Chennai Trekking Club (CTC). On exhibition will be what was seen by the third eye of nine CTC photographers during their various treks, viz. Nature, Wildlife, Flora and Fauna, Landscapes, Jungles, Space, Sense, Seasons, Natural Wonder and nature (at Alliance Francaise).

Till April 30: Ocean by Joel Suganth, a polaroid exhibition. This series of photographs is of meditations on the ocean (at Alliance Francaise).
