Till November 10: Sights of Rajasthan by Karuna Vishwanath and Payal Bhansali (at DakshinaChitra).

November 19-25: World Heritage Week. Anyone interested in organising programmes to celebrate the Week may contact the Superintending Archaeologist, Chennai Circle, Archaeological Survey of India, to work out details, advises INTACH headquarters. Suggested programmes are:

– Heritage walks and visits to museums and important heritage sites.

– Special talks by specialists.

– Special workshops and seminars in collaboration with ASI.

– One or two popular lectures on heritage elements of the area.

– An exhibition on heritage buildings and museums in the region.

– Seminar on heritage conservation issues.

– Student visits to heritage sites with qualified guides to explain the history and art of the building/area visited.

Till January 31: Art exhibition. A retrospective of P. Perumal’s paintings and drawings (at DakshinaChitra).
